Use it or loose it!

Thankfully I've been walking Libby at least 3 days a week for like 3 months now so that's gotten me moving again but yeah, I've become especially sedentary the last like 3 or 4 years and I've also gained a lot of weight in that time and of course it figures that's around when I've started having all these health issues like with the joints and digestion and stuff... maybe I need to eat better and move more... but I'm also pretty OCD and keep cracking everything a lot

Yoga is a good choice!

Trainers at gyms will help with flexibility too

Everything in moderation. ;)
