FARM DAY - 5TH YEAR: Farm Day Swap at the TSC at 1770 Main ST; Sanford, Maine is entering its 5th year for 2015.
I am hoping for a great year and again inviting all those who sell farm goods, equipment, rabbits, livestock, poultry, waterfowl, products, crops, orchard produce or anything else farm or backyard farm related.
The Farm Day Swap won't be successful unless you come. So pass the word to your friends neighbors and even the Tractor Supply store in Sanford and wake them up that we'll be there this year.
Farm Day Swap is tentative to start May 10th (Sunday) from 9 am to 1 pm
All Maine Laws apply, rabbits, poultry and waterfowl under 8 weeks must be sold in a quantity of 6, no slaughtering or neutering of animals, all canned goods must be licensed through the state of Maine, no sales of puppies, dogs, cats or kittens allowed by the state.
Looking forward in meeting everyone again and hoping all our farmers come back this year.
By the way being this is our 5th year anyone have any ideas to make this a special year to attract more people?
