I did order Anconas 5 hens and a roo and a surprise chick so I may have 2 roos so I hope shes a hen

Happens to the best of us! I'm much better at looking at other people's chickens and decidedly sexing them! I look at my own and go, 'Oh no, you're a cockerel aren't you?' practically until they start laying eggs.

they are 7 weeks old and2 days according to my calendar so tuesday they will be 8 weeks old

Grats! I cant wait till mine are old enough in a couple of months or spring coop will be warm in winter so its a possibility!

Heres my Beatopian...well call her an EE even though her parents was an f1 olive egger and an f1 easter egger only plan on keeping her til spring unless she lays brown then imma sell her sooner. If she lays a color egg im gonna breed her to Mr Cheeks. Altogether Im not a fan of ees i find them very skittish.
