One is REALLY big... I'm guessing that's one of the silkie crosses. (the other's are silkie x silkie)

Also, how long can they be left in the incubator? One more has externally pipped, so I don't want to take them out, but I also don't want them to stay in there too long.

Chicken chicks can be in the incubator up to 36 hours? But you can basically remove them when dry and fluffy or once every 24 hours. Occasionally 1 will poo in the incubator
