I can't see the top of the tooth, but I would guess very close to 20.

Id have to say between 25 & 30 some. That line on the age tooth isnt just a groove.

Obviously they really do not know of her actual age. Believe me, that looks like a twenty year old because of the groove that is almost all the way down. If it was half way, then it would be a 15 year old mouth. But this mare is roughly around 20 years old.
