Here's one for older chicks and chickens. I didn't know how old yours are. To get the amount of grams per gallon, divide 250 grams (1 pkg) by 130 gallons. That equals 1.9 grams per gallon. You could round up to 2 grams. Do you have a gram scale for weighing your birds? If you do you would just put a piece of paper on the scale and add powder until you get to 2 grams, then add to your gallon of water and shake. You can get a gram scale in the postal section of most stores like Staples and Office Max.

Gallimycin

PFC (Erythromycin)

Bimeda
Poultry Formula Concentrated Water Soluble

Concentrated anti-infective aids in the control of chronic respiratory disease due to M. gallisepticum in broilers & replacement chickens, infectious coryza due to H. gallinarum in replacement chickens & chicken breeders and bluecomb in growing turkeys.
Add 1 pkg per 130 gallons of drinking water. Each 250 gm pkg contains 65 gm erythromycin phosphate.
Do not use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption or replacement pullets over 16 weeks old.

They also have Tetracycline for pet birds at Petco and Petsmart, you could probably use that and not worry about dosing, since it is for smaller birds already. http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11147085 It's called Ornicycline, or they have Ornicycline Plus that has vitamins and electrolytes with it.
