yep you have so many to give out each day, and they renew 24 hours after you gave the last one, i think you can also earn them if someone gives you one

i know GFM and Platinum get more to give out per day too

I think you can give up to 10 per day.

Since the system is new we did put a limit on how many can be given.

I've bumped up the limits so:

Regular members: 10 per day
GFM's: 20 per day
PPMs: 30 per day
