Anyone know what this animal is???????

if you lived out west, I'd say yellow bellied marmot. I don't know if they have those in the East. If its a groundhog, I think they are herbivores.

That's a Neutra Rat if your near water.
They live on or near fresh water, stock ponds.
Google it to see some pretty good pictures.
