Bantam Cochin Gender???????

I have 8 5 week old bantam Cochins from Murray McMurray. Was convinced this little one was a pullet (feathered in completely very early) until just a couple days ago when "her" comb became a darker pink.

I know it's a bit early but curious on others opinions!

Not sure if it's helpful but this little guy is from the same batch and is obviously a boy.

Cockerel. I have the exact same cochins, my pullets combs still aren't pink (9 weeks)

We are officially 6 weeks and although the comb is still dark pink it hasn't gotten larger like the others. I'm really holding out on this one. Especially since one of my partridge chicks magically turned into a boy this week as well

That's a lot of pink for 6 weeks... I say cockerel... sorry...

Well..... I think I'll live in denial for a couple more weeks. I ordered 15 bantam Cochins from McMurray and only 8 of the 16 sent survived. So far it's lookin as if I will only get 2 hens out of the bunch. A little disappointed but what can you do.

The black frizzle is ABSOLUTELY a boy! He's had a very red comb and an attitude to boot since 2 weeks. Lol. I just posted a pic so everyone could compare comb development.

7 weeks today. Still not a large comb but definitely pinker then the 2 that maybe my only pullets.
