Best Bird?

I was wondering what the best meat bird would be for turkey and goose.

What are your goals? "Best" always depends on what those are. If you want a fast growing breed that gets really big really fast and has a good feed to meat ratio, then the best turkey would be one of the broad breasted breeds.

If you want one that tastes great and can actually breed, that would be the New Holland White or the Bourbon Red. I like the BR because it is a good balance of size and taste.
