Blue/red mottled silkie project?

I have stumbled across this photo of this silkie a while back and have been trying to figure out what colours would make up this colour. Obviously not complete yet. In NZ we have only a limited colour/genetics to work with such as blacks, blues, partridge, buff, white and splash. There are people trying to breed mottled and paints but no one that I know of have achieved this yet.
I'm not the best at understanding genetics but slowly learning.
So am wondering how would I go about this?

That's a pretty color it's too bad no one responded with how to potentially breed. I would love one of those

I would try starting with a buff silkie and maybe a mottled pekin buff or black based.

That bird is from my Friend Sonoran Silkies, She describes the pattern as "Blue Millie Fleur" so she should be eb/eb, Co/Co, mo/mo, s+/s+, red enhanced(perhaps Mh/mh+) Bl/bl+(but I believe that she is actually splash Bl/Bl due to White hackle)

This looks like my blue buff satin but mine looks a bit more orange instead of red. She was all like a light blue or silver looking color then that orange comebin after she got her feathers in since she's a satin.
