Buff orp & EE Gender help please?

They're about 5 weeks old. We were told female but not sure. Thank you!

They don't seem to have any signs of being cockerels yet but they may in a couple a weeks so could you post again then?

For a complete stab in the dark, I would say the darker one's male and the lighter one female, but only for one (unreliable) factor: shorter tail feathers in male.

But as Chicken Girl says, take some more pics in a couple of weeks.It'll be interesting to see what they become.

The patterning/color on the EE is screaming cockerel.

They look like pullets for now, but they're too young to be sure.
