Good morning cafe

One good thing about hard work, it makes ya sleep good! I got up late, 0530...put the newbies in the brooder and two promptly left the heat plate to inspect their space. Lots of peeping in there
My son called because he was up really early and he came to help me with the bulk trash so that's done already Off to the dog park now, then we need to put the meat into the freezer and get some groceries and a few other chores. Busy weekend but super productive! Enjoy your day everyone

okay need to get my coops cleaned kick myself in the rear get going

Hot and sweaty here. Frankly I'm just plain tired.
I filled and tamped down the water pipe trench. Hung a new gate only to find the striker post had rotted out at the bottom. Had to dig that out. It's a 700mm dig down to get it all out.
Cleaned out two coops. How so Muscovy ducks manage to crap on the ceiling!
Moved the donkeys out of one field into another and got my foot trod on in the process. Good job I wear steel toe caps.
Just about to head out to do the night time count and feed. Still having a few problems with little miss savage. One chick has got the hang of the ramp but the other hasn't.
Then there are the mosquitoes!
Is that enough moaning or would you like some more?
