Can you take a dog (on a leash,of course) into a Tractor Supply store?

My wife and I were shopping in TSC here in NY and after spending some time there talking with the staff we said we had to run because or black lab puppy "Toby" was in the truck. They asked us if we would bring him in the store so they can see him. Well we did leash him and the staff and every customer had to greet Toby. Funny thing is we were hesitant to bring him in but now I won't hesitate next time!

When I worked at Lowes, I loved it when people brought in their dogs. I purchased a box of treats just to hand out to them. One Lab would come in and would stay on the pile of material in the entry while his owner went shopping. I'd hang out with her while he shopped.

I didn't know if TSC would allow dogs, but I had mine with me one day so I just went in and asked them if I could bring him in, it was too hot out to leave him.

I've went to TSC with my cat on a leash before so I assume they will allow dogs.
Only one of my three cats figured out that a leash/harness meant more freedom.

Leashed pets are allowed; I don't think it specifies dogs.
