Our newbies:
2 barred rock- Pepper & Petunia
2 Silver Laced Wyndottes- Silvia & Savannah(or Silvester if a roo)
2 Golden Wyndottes- Summer and Autumn
2 Black Sex Links- Raven & Robin
2 Buff Orpingtons- Nutter & Butter
2 Silver Cochin Bantams- Happy Feet & Twinkle Toes (feathered feet)
1 grey (unknown) bantam- Tootsie Roll

We also considered:
Aunt Jemima & Betty Crocker & Mrs. Butterworth
Tinkerbell & Tootsie Roll
Butterscotch & Bella
Cocoa & Charlie
Mocha & Cappi
Sparkle & Skittle
Millie & Tillie
Pillow & Dumpling

I had to wait until the chicks were about 5-6 weeks with more character to name them. I now have 2 who started crowing and one more that appears to be a roo. Are three roosters too many for a combined flock of 21? (Three roos and 18 hens.)

We do video game/cartoon/show/music characters....
Shepard and Liara from Mass Effect
Tick and Arthur from The Tick
Oliva and Francine (daughter loves Olivia)
Spicy and McHaggis from the Dropkick Murphy's song

We always have a Doctor (Doctor Who-BBC) Rooster since they often get picked of for one reason or another, and we always end up with another one. (The doctor regenerates into a new persona rather than dying in the show).

We got more Easter Eggers this year and ordered a cockeral on purpose so...
The Doctor
Rose, Martha, Donna, Amy, Rory, Clara, and Ginger McGhee
Still working on names for the silkies since they look similar enough I need to be a bit larger to tell them apart.

Our chickens name are:

Miss Kraeg (Gaelic for Rock)
Koko (Japanese for Black)
Moneypenny (from James Bond movies)
Mrs. Ingalls (from Little House on the Prairie)
Gemma (from Sons of Anarchy)
Pearl (she is white)
Hazel (since she will blue/green eggs)
Professor River Song (from Dr. Who)
Amelia Pond (from Dr. Who)
Oops ( she was a mistake)
Busha (Polish for Grandmother, since she is a Polish Top Hat)
Annie
Eleanor (a Blue Ameraucana, so named after a President's wife)
Neilie (named after my husband, Neil)
Dusty Jane, who I think is actually Dusty Jack (she/he was the first to dust bathe)
Hermione (from Harry Potter, since she s a red headed Easter Egger)
Hedwig (from Harry Potter)

I have 10 more I am waiting to name until I know if I am keeping them and if they are girls or boys.
