It apparently works really well with high prey drive dogs! Its also very good if you can't constantly watch for prey/dogs/peopleI had never heard of tattle training and just looked it up. That is a very interesting method! I like it.
Thats what I do too! Twiggy is the only one who is of a "breed" that doesn't stick near me naturally. What has also has helped is my dogs (except Twiggy) are off leash 90% of the time but thats obviously not safe for most dog ownersYeah, my Bostons have been so easy. I think the breed has a strong bond with their owners. Both of mine naturally wanted to stay near and come to me. With Dorie I praised and gave treats every time she came back to me, regardless of if I called her or not, and she learned that is what I want. Off leash she'll go off to have fun by herself but frequently checks in on me.
