ecoglow 50 in winter

can a person use a ecoglow 50 to brood ducks in the winter? the temps are getting down to 15 to 20 F at night i'll be hatching starting next weekend do i need to add a heat lamp?

I think that's too cold for the EcoGlow to work properly. I would provide a heat lamp, too, and let them choose.
