Eye pecked

It looks like one of you young Golden Laced Wyandotte Pullets got pecked in the eye. Doesnt seem traumatized but there is a small scap around the eyelids, wondering what to treat it with or if it will clear up itself. Not really sure if there is any injury to the cornea . She doesnt keep it closed all the time it does open. I wish I cold post a picture of it for help

This happened to one of my chicks recently. I bought some eye drops (saline solution) & put a warm compress on it's eye. For about a minute. Then 1-2 drops in the eye. Do this twice a day. She opened her eye in 7 days & can see perfectly!
