I bought 2 Genesis 1588 incubators with 1610 turners a few years back. Last year both of my turners quit working..you can hear the motor but they won't turn. This year 1 of my incubators stopped working. The plug is fine because I plugged it into my working incubator. Contacted GQF but all I got was automated call which said to send an email..which I did. I have having one heck of a time finding info after an hour of searching online. Anybody have any advice?? I have a bunch of my Chocolate Silkie eggs that need to go in the incubator soon! My other one is full and I really don't want to sell these
