It should, I think... I believe it is based on whether they are silver or gold based, rather than actual breeds or colors... I can't remember exactly, but tadkerson does mention other crosses that can be used, the charts just show some...

It can't hurt to test it out! Good luck! Btw, I LOVE your Orps!

so just a guess on my part, these birds carry silver not gold in them

W.rocks are going to be easier to find than true RIW. Most hatcheries carry them. Mine came from Murray McMurray. Most are beautiful big birds but I did get one runt looking one that has a small comb and acts crazy. She thinks she's a rooster too.

Gorgeous! I want some of their babies! lol, just heard that in my head... I only have 1 Orp right now, he's about 6 months in this pic...

Those Orps so pretty. I love their fluffy feathers. Ive been lurking for the pigs update.
