Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

The adobo chicken was awesome. We will be cooking it again. We had a 4 lb chicken though. We doubled everything and added thewhole can of coconut milk.
We did not need to season it with any salt nor pepper
 
I shared this in Sally's incubation thread but I think it fits here too. It'll be useful if I ever end up with a bunch of roos that I can't keep.



My best friend got it for my Christmas present. It was either this one or 50 Shades of Chicken. I figured as a chicken person who wants to breed in a few years it would be more useful.
