So I arrived in Spokane and got worse. I spent three days in a cheap hotel room too weak to even go and get food, Work was patient and I am very happy there.

The adobo chicken was awesome. We will be cooking it again. We had a 4 lb chicken though. We doubled everything and added thewhole can of coconut milk.
We did not need to season it with any salt nor pepper

We highly recommend that recipe.

It did take us 2 weeks to find coconut milk near us.....(he drove 20 miles to get it)

I shared this in Sally's incubation thread but I think it fits here too. It'll be useful if I ever end up with a bunch of roos that I can't keep.



My best friend got it for my Christmas present. It was either this one or 50 Shades of Chicken. I figured as a chicken person who wants to breed in a few years it would be more useful.
