Right now I have 7 duck eggs do to hatch August 19th. I don't care what your hatching, just join in!

mine are coming slowly but surely...one zipping atm and 4 just a pip but 13 pekins and 7 berded silkies so far...here are some from early afternoon...

I'm setting 40 into the incubator tomorrow. Should hatch on Sept 1-ish. Olive eggers, Welsummers and Cinnamon Queens. Using an ancient (30 y.o.) Miller (now Little Giant) Styrofoam box. I laugh because I put it in storage in Mom's basement and the rats gnawed on it. It's pretty beat up, but it hatches!

Yeah. I got a little carried away on eBay. Actually, it would've been many more, but one Seller's hens went broody and she had to cancel my order....which is just as well as I have 41 eggs here now and really only 40 good spots on the auto turner as the two under the thermostat wafer are really compressed.
