OK so it's feet are curled to the side almost they don't create like a flat bottom.?

How long has it been out? And how bad do the feet look? They should straighten out, given a little time, once it gets up and mobile. If it doesn't appear to be straightening on it own, you can make boots/sandals to help. I'll post a pic for you when I get to work, but give it a few hours to see what's going to happen.

Yes but they stay curled and it does seem to affect his walking abilities, but he does cruise around and is already hopping on top of his waterer and everything.

I use medical tape, instead of masking tape, but whatever you have that isn't too terribly sticky...
but this should help... take it off after a day or so and check them, then reapply if necessary.

I am at work now but my sister is home and another one is hatching. The little guy does not like the tape on his feet but she said he is walking better. He is all over the place haha
