Homemade GUMP Bread - best I've found! **New pics added on pg. 5**

My hubby made this bread today & it was wonderful & easy. Thanks for the recipe!

Can I use milk (or kefir milk) instead of water in the Gumps bread? Will it work? Do I need to adjust anything else in the recipe by substituting milk? How will it affect the finished product?

I don't see why not. A lot of bread recipes have dry milk powder in them. It will probably just make the bread taste richer.

I know I will!!!! If I hadn't had the flu and 102 fever for the last two days, I would have already made it.

So sorry to hear you're sick! Hope you get past it SOON! It's bad to be sick any time but it feels worse in the winter, doesn't it?
