Hygrometer opinions

I'm looking at buying this hygrometer on Amazon. Seems to have great reviews. I'm starting to get the feeling the 2 dial meters I'm using aren't reading correctly. I've changed the amount of water and they have barely showed a difference. But if I raise the lid they drop rapidly. I just feel I can't rely on them so figure I should try one that has a little more quality.

I am currently using the same one in 2 of my incubators and have tested both of them doing the salt test. The one was 100% accurate and the other was off by 1 %. I got mine at Walmart and so far have been very happy with it.
