I have Amercuana bantams (they are out of show/breeder quality lines) in black, white, blue and pencilled buffs and Black, Blue Salmon and Salmon Faverolle Bantams.

Chicks, started chicks and adults are offered for sale occasionally.

I havent been on much this week due to my Christmas present being troublesome.

On this windy snowy sleety day, one of the babies decided spring is here and laid her first egg! Go Millie!!!!!! And she still beat Wanda Beth who will officially graduate to "hen" in a few days but still doesn't lay.

I want to grow my own chickens from scratch this year but for the life of me I can't find planting depth

the dog I got in Nov, Noah, developed Eye issues and weight loss cause by kidney failure. He went downhill rapidly and I had to have him put down today. He was 10 yr old Bernese mountain Dog and a hot mess when I got him. He was a good companion but useless for anything else.
It's amazing how quick I got attached to him.

Back home now. Picked up the new pup on the way. The kids are giving him sensory overload so I grabbed him and let him sit in my chair with me to get some R&R and a chance to take in his new surroundings.
