Chaos, I haven't looked it up, but I think ducks need twice the room of a chicken. At least my Muscovies did. I don't think my Pekin do.

Back on the topic of incubators, will this fit the bill or is it overkill?

I only want two ducks ideally so I'm not sure how many eggs to put in, I don't really want to be inundated with balls of fluff but I could probably house around 8 if need be

Brinsea is awesome! The Octagons are great. "Which" Octagon depends on your personal capabilities to turn eggs, and your local humidity, whether you need the turner and/or the humidity pump.

They also have a new line "Ovation" that I would love to try! http://www.brinsea.co.uk/Ovation/Ovation28EX/

But apparently its only available in the UK. (good for you, bad for us Americans)

So I'm getting ready to wire this right now getting all my pieces parts out. I took out my brand-new soldering iron then went to find the solder and come to find out we are all out of electrical tape and solder.

I called my husband he supposed to bring some home from work

For now I'm going to use wire knots which I don't want to do
