Has anyone else ever had a triple yoker?

No triple yoker for me. Never had a double either.

I tend to get doubles from the new layers, RIR and BSL continue them. I got that 2.4 oz egg which made me think ouch, and I figured it was a double till I cracked it.

I've had two triples, both from a barred rock when she was less than a year old. I swear she waddles like a duck after the second one... still trying to figure out how an egg that big came from a bird that size. Last year I bought some EEs from Southern States. Almost every hen laid double yolkers for the first 3 months they laid. I thought that was strange.
