Eileen is 6 months old and the most timid of the group... Also the only one not laying... Might she be a he? Some very different cackle but no real crowing. They are yard roamers but I'm not finding any hidden eggs... What do you guys think?

Eileen is definitely a pullet and will be laying VERY soon if not already. Keep checking for colored eggs.
