My three blonde mandarins are getting big,When can you you tell the sex?

I bought mine and the man and now my closest waterfowl friend in my area put his with call ducklings and black east indies.

Also Sky started picking at Ember, and ember still has some fluff and so i separated them, It seems Sky likes the call duckling more than Ember I need to get ( I'm still not using he or she)

I really need to get Ember a friend but i can't get another mandarin

Some skilled waterfowlers can tell the first week. I've heard 6 weeks to be sure but u can just vent sex them maybe once every week and go from there

I read a form that says the hatching days can range from 28-36 days. Have any who hatch out manies have that problem? I always thought it takes 28 days.

wood ducks and mandarins take 32 days

There is actually quite a range with incubating mandarin duck eggs. This year the earliest I have had them hatch was at 27 days, and the latest at 35 days.

Guineas are the same way I had some hatch on day 23 and others day 28
