My DIY Coop - Novice to all of it

Peek length ways showing lack of width. Additional space is a must when I set up coop. Roost bars will come down and go into additional space

Plus my nest boxes are up there. 2 for silkies on right smaller. 1 for setters on left larger.

Electric vent blows out. Spring door keeps out critters. Guillotine-style door I'll open with pull cable running over to maintenance door on other end. I have LOTS of 1/2" thick pvc plank I plan to use to cover roof. Screwed onto 3/8" plywood platform. PVC "shingles" will join at 45° angle over/under as they go down roof. Please advice on any and all of it welcome!
