Well I’ve had these guys since Apiril 4th and I know for sure I’ve got once rooster because he’s started crowing at 5:30
I love all these little fluffs by I am also coming to accept I’m going to have to trim down soon and sell off a few because my yard is way too small!

But I don’t have many people to show off to but I have a feeling this is he right place to gush love for my chickens

I got a batch of 15 from Mcmurry Hatchery and from what I can tell received:
x4 White Jersey Giants
x4 Buff Orpington
x1 Australorp(?) pretty sure on that one
x1 Leghorn, possibly a Pearl from the hatchery

The other five including the roo are still a mystery to me.

Aww well darn! I was just setting up a post to my local poultry group to see if anyone wanted the first rooster, now Ill just updated to two free roosters. :idunno

Welcome! The brown one in the first pic looks like an Easter Egger to me or possibly a Welsummer. And the Australorp could possibly be a roo too but could be a hen, time will tell for sure. Do you have any pictures of the 5 that you can't identify? We might be able to help if you have some close ups or individual photos.

It might still be a hen. Some of my girls have very large combs so I'd wait and see. But the other one is definitely a roo.
