The setup can be improved with a roost that has some kind of roof (tarp) to feel comfortable in the night. A tussock might keep her busy. A sand bath is probably not a good idea with the wound.
Personally I don’t like it that she will be alone for a long time (until she is healed).
Can you give her the compagnon of 1 pullet as soon as she is improving? But only if they coexist nicely. Another hen is probably no option or you have to ‘eliminate’ the nasty rooster from the flock.
