My silkie rooster won’t breed!

I have a 4 year old silkie rooster who won’t breed. Absolutely beautiful grey/gray partridge and good bloodline yet dosen’t give a hoot for hens! Top of the pecking order. His name is Tater, and bestie is Tot. (Actually brothers) They only care for each other. Tater did suddenly become aggressive over his brother awhile ago. He was super sweet and now just randomly jumps and spurs you in the back. No fertile eggs for years, because he dosen’t care. Anyone know how to help?

Same. Especially if hes actually using spurs. I won't tolerate biting, I don't think one that spurred would even make it back onto the ground
