Ease of cleaning .... as I would be winning it for my daughter so the grandkids could have chickens. 10 year old granddaughter loves taking care of the chickens when she's here. The grandson is soon to be 2 and he enjoys watching them.

ease of cleaning. What are the chances I'll remember the warranty in 23 years....
 
25 year Warranty why because to think of being able to depend on the manufacturer if something goes wrong is a God send because who has extra money laying around these days...I sure dont :(
