New to Geese

Hello there, thanks for reading. I've been a 4-H member for years, and have always shown every type of poultry except for geese. Considering I am starting my last three years of 4-H, I though hey let's give a fancy goose a shot. So, I was wondering what a good breed of goose would be for showing, and would still be pretty docile. Thank you all again so much. Also if you have any advice about raising a goose that would be well appreciated too.

If you want an eye catcher an African goose is great they can be noise, but are a great bird mine are rather friendly. I'm also hoping to show mine this coming year.

Luckily Noise isn't a problem here! With raising chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, and others, noise doesn't bother us or anyone in the neighborhood. I really like the look of that breed! Thanks for letting me know!

No problem he was my first goose and it is now my favorite breed.
