Someone is trying to sell a "Holstein Bull Cow" on Craigslist. Cracks me up every time I come across it. Which is it, a bull or a cow??? How can it be both??? Technically speaking, a cow is a female who has carried at least one calf to term (i.e. a mature female). But to so many people, a "cow" can refer to ANY bovine, big or small, male or female. LOL!!!

I also once saw someone trying to sell a "quarter horse mayer." I wanted to know what one of those looked like, so I clicked on it and looked at the pictures, and wouldn't you know it, it was just a common-looking sorrel mare, nothing all that remarkable about her. LOL!!!
