It's all they need, though if they're laying they need oyster shell provide in a small feeder.

Starter, All Flock, Grower, Flock Raiser, or similar are basically the same thing. The only thing that varies greatly is the protein amount. It's sufficient.
I can't find an Organic All Flock either, so I feed an Organic Starter.

Payback offers an organic hatch-to-hen crumble which is their equivalent of all flock, but not sure how widely available it is.

Then why are you looking for organic now? If not on organic from day one, plus many more rules and regulations, they won't be organic. Maybe organic enough for you, but that would be all.
