Does anyone know what the chicks would look like from a cross between the two Chanteclers; partridge over white? (Hope that's the correct terminology?) Thanks in advance! :)

I believe White Chanteclers are white due to the recessive white gene, which means that they could be carrying just about anything under their white exterior and that makes it hard to predict what might come out of crossing them to another variety. I would guess, based on their background, that you would get Partridge or partridge-like chicks from that crossing, but of course it all depends on each individual White Chantecler and what genes they might be carrying.

These are the parents of white Chanteclers:
White Leghorns are black based, dark Cornish and Rhode Island Reds are wheaten based, who knows what could be hiding under white Rocks and Wyandottes. So who really knows what you could get.
