6 to 7 wks speckled sussex looks different than the other pullets I bought

First one is a cockerel but I'm not sure on the second one.

They were bought as pullets at the same time. same age. so 2nd is likely a pullet. my husband still thinks first is a pullet too, but I say cocker

I think they are all pullets.

Any guesses whether my BO, Frizzle, or Wyandotte are pullets or roos? They're between 4-5 weeks.
