Stags will not be kept long enough to make dubbing worthwhile. They will either be used for linebreeding back to dam or culled. Even those bred back leave come fall. Cock will keep his meaty parts since he is used to educate kids. They get to play with comb, wattles and spurs in a situation that does not involve risk.
