Silkie thread!

This is one of my silkies with some chicks that she hatched for other hens. She's a great mum!
I realize that giving your silkie a regular haircut probably counts as sacrilege in these circles... but all our chickens free-range and therefore need to see where they're going. They always become much more agile after visiting the chicken barber

OMG !!!! ALLLLL those Silkies are sooo beautiful !
I just got 8 Blue Silkies today...hatched on Tuesday. Very cute.

americana-chick.......Will try and take pics and figure out how to post them tomorrow. Had my 4 y.o. g'son today for the second day in a row and I'm sort of exhausted ! ) He's a loooot younger then I am !
Love those buffs as well. All sooooo pretty.
