Silkie thread!

It looks like i will be getting my white silkie on Thursday.. I cant wait!

I have 3 silkies, 1 black roo, a buff hen, and a splash hen. I also have and Ameraucana but I guess she doesn't count. Maybe (if no more of the eggs are rotten, 5 out of 13 have been. today is day 21) i will have a few more.

I'm a game bird, and Delaware fan, but I now have 3 silkie chicks. I think they are Partridge. I've always wanted a few for broodys are fun, so I was very happy to see them in the bantam mix at the feed store when I went chick hunting for my broodys. one is a real crack up, always darting here and there, just a real cutie. it's hard to think they are less then a week old, the way they zip aroung.

I would really like to see more silkie chick pics, I'll try to share mine.

As soon as I saw the picture I thought she was one of the little one's from outback here. She has a few twins left here & they are carbon copies of her. I'm so glad you are happy with her, they are really the sweetest birds! Keep me updated on how she does!

we had silkies,they all died very suddenly.any way they were very pretty birds!!!!
