Thought I will throw some pics on here of the chilling I'm trying to grow.
The seasons here really don't make for growing chillis but I'm having a good go at it in my small greenhouse.

What a gorgeous flock; red wattles and combs really stand out against those neutral-colored feathers!

I LOVE the looks of feather-legged chickens -- although trying to keep my girls clean in the melting aftermath of the last snow is close to impossible.

Yes I guess because I like the monochrome colors on birds their combs do stand out. Plus there is about 6 teenage boys in there and they are all trying to strut their stuff lol

Keeping them mostly dry is definitely a big plus in keeping their foot fluff tidy!

some chilling are starting to ripen and I'm cheering on the rest to hurry along before it gets too cold lol
