Goat milk butter, yes white is the correct color. Worked really good, next time I'll adjust the screw and have even thicker cream come out.

That's neat Mike! I've made chevre with goats milk. It's super easy. You just have to buy the starter packet. Warm the milk up, add the packet and let sit overnight. Then separate the curds from the whey in cheesecloth.
