I have experience . Have not done any in a long time . You can probably buy a kit and do it yourself . That is how I did it . Instructions are included . Best done at 6-8 weeks for meat capons . You must withhold feed and water for 36 hours . This allows the gut to empty out . This way you can move gut out of the way to find them . You go in between the last 2 ribs under the wing . Must do both sides as seldom can you reach both from one side . They are up along the backbone with a major artery close by .
