I'm sorry that you are dealing with this.
There's no way to know if you should cull the sick hen or not.
What symptoms does she have?
If you suspect she is suffering from Marek's or that you are dealing with Marek's in your flock, then culling her and sending the body to your state lab will give you confirmation.
This gives you more information so you can move forward on how you want to add/raise more chickens.
Depending on your state, testing/necropsy is reasonable. You can find your lab here:

Hello,
Her symptoms include paralysis of the left foot (possibly the wing too- it behaves oddly but I can't tell if that is due to a lack of balance). She lays around in the cage/hops a bit. She is still eating on her own, but seems lethargic/not herself.
She is not in as bad shape as her predecessor, who had the same leg paralysis in the fall...poor girl would not eat/drink/move and we had to cull her.
This is the fourth chicken I've had (out of 12) that showed symptoms of Marek's in the past year. I thought the disease spread/killed a flock faster/that the affected chickens would die quicker if it's Marek's. May was paralyzed/ill for about two weeks and I was syringe feeding her and giving antibiotics for that time period before we gave up and "took care" of her.
I really am considering just stopping with chickens for a while. They've brought me a lot of joy for the past 5 years, but I now have a sick child requiring daily medical care on top of all this (and work a demanding full time job in pharma industry)...and I am just getting really tired and sad. :-(
