We NEVER count our chickens before they hatch.
We have emu eggs in the incubator, with expected hatch (or four-person omelettes) in early April.
The last time we did this, in 2016, one hatched, and was shipped - doing well last time I checked.
Anticipate $200 plus shipping (crate + air transport)
