The most indecisive person on BYC strikes again/help me decide what to get

Now I'm really hoping I get Bantam Cochins in my Assorted Bantam Hatching Eggs! They sound like wonderful birds.

Well, it's getting closer to chick season and I'm still indecisive about it. I love everything about the cochin bantam, except for the fact that they mature slower. On the other hand, the phoenix could also be a really nice free range flock. It doesn't help that all the colors the seller/hatchery carries are out of standard for both breeds (I think)
