Twin chicks?

I hatch one ,but both died before they dry off,one had the yolk on the outside.

Didnt know it was a double yolk untill I check them at day 7.
no they were not connected.

One must have pip and open the egg. neither had got all the way out.

I'm on day 18 for my twins.they are both same size inside and the egg is enormous and shaped perfectly :/ I truly hope they make it to full hatch. I've been very careful and very adamant on checking/candling. They are both moving and look "normal" ? I will keep you posted

My twins were beautiful,good size plenty of egg room,however I hadn't heard nothing all last night and this am I popped a tiny hole in the air sac...they were backwards
I think they drowned themselves ,breach but just perfect
I will never try twins again.i set them to incubate before I learned how hard it was to bring to hatch
